Monday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill:

Power Snatch/Overhead Squat.  For those that a comfortable with these movements, find a max weight.  For those newer or less comfortable with these movements, find a moderate weight and do 5sets.

Conditioning:

200m FC buy in (KB 53/35LBS, Rx+70/53)

Then 5 rounds

5 Deadlifts (90/65, rx+ 110/75, RX++ 125/90.) You only choose RX++ if your deadlift is strong and healthy!

10 Goblet Squats (KB 53/35, rx+70/53#)

*Scale weights as needed.  Stagger the start to allow for enough kbs.  You can use DBs, if necessary.
