Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  Snatch DL 1RM, drop to 60% of this and 3×3 Snatch High Pulls

Conditioning:  “DB Grace”  30 Clean and Jerks 55/35lbs  TIME CAP of 4 Mins.

Cash Out and Challenge: 1 minute of Sit Ups for Reps. Shoulder blades must touch floor and you must touch feet at the top.
