Warm Up: Squat Therapy, Trunk Fun, Then Learn The Following Skills

15 Minutes of Fun:

First EMOM for 5 Rounds do Power Snatch/Snatch at 60kg/43kg

Then EMOM for 5 Rounds do 5 Thrusters at 60kg/43kg

Then EMOM for 5 Rounds do 4 Total Stationary Lunges with Front Rack at 60/43kg
