Sunday’s WOD:

Happy Sunday.

Conditioning:

“Mary”

AMRAP 20min

5 Handstand Push Ups  (substitute pikes or box hspus as needed)

10 Pistols (this is total)

15 Pull Ups

*Substitute 10 full depth air squats for pistols if pistols are not appropriate for your current level.  Compare to 1/7/13.  PLEASE keep in mind this will give you a lot of volume/reps, so be mindful of what you are doing if you are new to this kind of volume.   Scale as needed.
