I wanted to say THANK YOU, again, for all your support and encouragement for Ernie and I in Italy.  Never would I have thought I would be competing internationally.  And WINNING a medal, amazing.  These kinds of experiences last a lifetime.  Thank you all so much!

Friday’s WOD:

Strength:

5×5 Strict Pull Ups (Rx+: add 5-10 kipping pull ups after your five strict.  do not come off the bar.)

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

5 Ring Dips (7reps if dips are easy(er) for you)

9 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70lbs/53lbs)

13 Plate Burpees (15kg/10kg)
