Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Box Squats: 8x2reps @ 60% of 1Rm BS.  Focus on proper form and exploding up from the box.  No more than 90sec of rest.

Conditioning:

2:30min “Grace”

30 Clean and Jerks. (Rx Wt: 61kg/43kg)

* Compare to 5/31/13.  Check the weight you used last time, if you made it under 2:30min, then increase the weight.  If you did not make it in time, stay with the same weight and see if you can get more reps in the time frame.
