5 DB Power Snatch Left Arm
5 DB Overhead Squat Left Arm
5 DB Power Snatch Right Arm
5 DB Overhead Squat Right Arm
*the overhead squats will be the primary limiting factor in your weight choice. If there is a dramatic difference, you may use two DBs. Please don’t have a pile of different DBs to choose from, as your teammates will probably want to use a DB for their workout too. Be smart and enjoy.
