Friday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill: EMOM 5 Pike Push Up/5 Ring Rows x 5 Rounds.  Do both every round.  Work on great form and making the movement as challenging as possible.

Conditioning:

3 Rounds:  3min on/1min off: in those three minutes, your goal is to complete the following 3x in your 3 mins.  You got it?

7 Toes 2 Bar

12 Wall Balls  (20lbs/14lbs)
