Strength:  Are you ready for a lot of math?  Please figure this out BEFORE you start class.

Back Squat  3reps@85% 1rep@95% 3reps@87.5% 5reps@77.5%  all of your one rep max back squat.

Conditioning:

Hill Run For Time.  People, cross the street at the crosswalk and then the time will start.  Use your own watch for a more accurate time.
