Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Squat Clean:  people who have more experience with the squat clean, go for a near max.  Those with less experience, follow your coach’s recommendation:  either 5x2reps or 3x5reps for those with very little experience.  You will have 20-25 minutes for this.

Conditioning:

9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Power Clean  (wt: 60kg/43kg)

Push Press  (wt: 60kg/43kg)

*scale the weight or start at 8 reps depending upon your level.   There will be a 20min time limit on this workout.
