Friday’s WOD:

Strength:  5×3 Strict Pull Ups, Rx+:5×3 C2B.  Add weight if too easy.

More Gettin’ Strong Stuff:

5 Rounds, not for time

5 DB Bench
5/10 Push Ups (5 for people not so great at them, 10 for people who are good)

10 Supine Elbow Extension (aka tricep work)
