Monday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill: You have 25mins total for both.

A. Overhead Squats 5x3reps, increase in weight until it feels heavy and then stay at that weight for all 5 sets.

B. Front Rack Stationary Lunges: 3×3 on each leg @ ~40% of BS 1RM.

Conditioning:

Resistance Runs: 5×3 each person, do three and then switch people.
