If you haven’t heard, we are moving locations in late Sept/early Oct. As soon as we get more information, we will fill you all in. The new place will have a lot more to offer and we are really excited to expand.
Strength: Front Squat “3RM”, this is as heavy as you can go after all that we have done this week. Please have great form and do not do anything detrimental.
Conditioning: (compare to 3/14/13)
Overhead Squats 25 (45kg/30kg)
Sit Ups 50
*Scale weight as needed. Remember, overhead squats are much more about flexibility and stability than they are about strength. So as the saying goes, check your ego at the door. Even if that means you do the workout with a PVC so you can achieve full range of motion.
