Friday’s WOD:

Strength:  Bench Press 5×3 70-75%, moderate weight, NOT a max effort.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10min

15 Box Jumps (20in/16in) this is not a typo, go short.  May use blue pads, as well.

10 Single Leg V-Ups alternate legs (Toes 2 Bar for those that did NOT do today’s WOD)

5 Pike Push Ups
