Teams of 2:

While one teammate runs 400m, the other teammate works through:

200 Sit Ups

100 DB Squat Cleans (you choose the weight)

400m OH Walking Lunges w/ a plate (you choose)

*you will switch places when you enter the door from the run.  Must complete all reps of the movement before moving to the next movement.
