Monday’s WOD:
Skill/Strength: Turkish Get Ups 15 each side increasing weight as you go.  Please focus on form and work on moving more weight.
Conditioning:
12-9-6-3
Power Snatch  (45/30kg Rx+:60/43kg)
Burpee
*power snatch from the floor.  Do the weight that is appropriate for you and if you are new, use the bar only and work on your technique, not speed.  Compare to 4/1/13.
