Made it to Chicago, actually Itasca, but close enough.  No changes to lifting schedule.  I still lift on Saturday afternoon and Ernie Sunday morning  pacific time

Fridays WOD:

Strength/Skill: Push Jerk/Split Jerk: you will do one PJ then on Split Jerk.  Use the racks and spend 10-15mins on this, go up in weight as able, but focus on your form

Conditioning:

8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Strict C2B Pull Ups

Push Ups

Then: Tabata Wall Balls
