Monday’s WOD:

Strength:

Box Squats 10 x 3 @ 50-60%, box set slightly below parallel, focus on speed up and control down.

Romanian Deadlift: 5×5 moderate weight.

Conditioning:

Shuttle Runs: 8 Total, all out effort.  Rest as needed between efforts, take turns.  You DO NOT need to touch the line each time.
