Happy Friday! Member’s Party this Sunday the 9th 11-3pm. We will have massage therapists and our resident ATC on-site doing ten minute chair or table massage. We will have Fleet Feet there with all their CrossFit gear offering our members 20% off. We will have wine tasting, food, bubbles, etc. I am SUPER sad to say that the dunk tank is out! We will find another time for you to dunk the trainers.
Strength/Skill: Push Ups: weighted 5×5, you can go up in weight, just make sure you can get all five reps.
