Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: Front Squat 3RM

Conditioning:

5 Rounds (not for time, but don’t lollygag)

5 DB Power Snatch Left Arm

5 DB OHS Left Arm

5 DB Power Snatch Right Arm

5 DB OHS Left Arm

*the weight will be up to you and your current ability.  The OHS will be the limiting factor for most of you due to flexibility or lack there of.   If there is a remarkable difference between the weight you can do for the power snatch and the OHS, use two different weights.  Otherwise, it’s the same weight for both movements.   Focus on form, not speed.
