Less than two weeks out from the Pan Am Masters Championships.  Ernie and I are ready to lift some big weights!

Member’s Party this Sunday and the Body Comp testing is Wednesday.  Good week ahead.

Strength:

Weighted Strict Pull Ups 5×3 (stick with one weight) compare to May 10th

Conditioning:

3x350m Row: look at pace for the 300m row and do your best to stay close to that pace.

Cash out:

100 Band Rows: in as few sets as possible.
