Monday’s WOD:

A.  10 Minutes to PICK a goal for June and then work on this skill.  If your goal is to attend a certain number of days, write that down and then pick another skill to work on.

B.  Max Height Box Jump:  you may get a one step start, not a running start.  Be confident, yet careful!

C.  1 Minute Double Under Challenge: go for gold.  Look back in May to see how many you did and beat it!
