Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength:

Shoulder Press 5x3reps @80-85% of 1RM

Bent Over Row 5x3reps @80-85% of 1RM (if you do not know, go pretty heavy)

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

50 Double Unders

10 alternating pistols

*scale to wt’d step ups if you have history of knee problems or unable to perform a full air squat.  *this is a very fast workout, go hard!
