Monday’s WOD:
Happy Memorial Day. This year we are going to do a Hero WOD that doesn’t come up too often:
“ABBATE”
- Run 1 mile
- 21reps of Clean and Jerk (wt: 70kg/50kg)
- Run 800 meters
- 21reps Clean and Jerk (wt:70kg/50kg)
- Run 1 Mile
*You may power clean or squat clean. Scale the weight, not the reps. If you are newer or have difficulty with running, scale the distance or use the rower.
