Sunday’s WOD:


Complex: Power Snatch/Overhead Squat/Overhead Squat  (you will do one power snatch from the floor, then two overhead squats)  7 sets increasing in weight as able.  Start light and work up gradually.  You will have 15-20mins for this.

20 Box Jumps

20 Burpees
