Tuesday’s WOD:

Strength: Bent Over Row 3RM, drop to 80%

Conditioning:

5 Rounds: each round is 2min to complete, 1 min rest.  If you do not complete in the 2 mins, 3 Shuttle Runs for every round not completed.  These will be done after the WOD.

DB Power Snatch 10x (alternating so 5 on each, must be HEAVY for you)

Double Unders 50x

*scale the double unders down in reps or singles: 150x.   The weight you choose for the DB Sn should be heavy.
