150 Double Unders THEN:

4 Rounds

10 Push Ups

10 Deadlifts (wt: 90kg/65kg)

THEN:  50 Lunge Jumps Total (25 each leg).

Your score is your TOTAL time to complete all of the above.  Scale the double unders to 300 singles.
