Sunday’s WOD:

Skill: Handstand Push Ups 10 mins to work on: HSPUs, holds with weight shifting, holds, etc.  If you are uncomfortable or this is your first time going into a handstand, you must have help from a coach.  You may also do them on the box or work on pike push ups.  Work on being perfect in this skill, not a ton of reps.

30 Wall Balls  (20lbs/14lbs)
