*You must complete Fran in 4 minutes or less. To accomplish this, you will need to change the weight or use a band for the pull ups. If your Fran time is 7mins, do not put the Rx weight on the bar and think by some miracle you will finish at 4mins. If your time is currently in the 4 min range, then do it and do it under 4 mins!
