Monday’s WOD:

Strength: Back Squat: 10x3reps @ 60%, 1 minute rest only.  Share racks and move quickly.

Conditioning:

Shuttle Runs x 10.  Work with a buddy or two and have them tell you your times for each effort.  Your goal is to match or beat your previous effort every time.  Rest as needed between efforts while your buddy does their shuttle.

I’m looking everywhere for Crossfit kids classes and there don’t seem to be ANY nearby- my son is 3.5 years and I would really like to get him going doing this- I found an “oakland” crossfit for 3-5 years old, got all excited, then discovered it was Tennessee. nice.

So bummed!

Do you guys know of any crossfit kids classes around currently happening, and if/when you guys might have it again and for what ages?

Nolan got so sad when I told him mommy was mistaken and the class wasn’t nearby after all. He whimpered, “but I wanted to do BOX jumps…”
