Thursday’s WOD:

Strength:  Snatch Grip Deadlift 3RM, drop to 80% for AMRAP.  This requires a great deal of flexibility.  If you are not able to hold your position well, the coach will have you reduce the weight and work on form/technique.  Form over weight, ALWAYS.

Conditioning:

12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Wall Ball

Box Jumps  (20lbs/14lbs)

*Newer people scale to start the reps at 10.  Share stations to reduce the level of cluster in the larger classes.

1 minute challenge after the WOD: Double Unders.  Scale to single unders or jumping jacks.
