Monday’s WOD:

Strength/Skill:  3 Reps Power Snatch EMOM x 5 Mins. at 65-70% of best snatch.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

Deadlift 7reps (Rx: 85/55kg. Rx+:100/70kg)

Double Unders 30reps

*please use the weight that is approp. for you on the deadlifts.

Challenge (after the workout) 100 air squats for time.
