Strength: Box Squats 5×5@ 70-80% of 1RM Back Squat. This percentage has a wide range to allow for the differences in people’s experience with the box squat and their strengths/weaknesses. The weight should be heavy and you will stay at the same weight for all five sets. You must have spotters. Spotters, you must be paying attention and ready at any moment. You will have 25mins to complete.
Farmer’s Carry Walking Lunges (you pick the weight) T/B
Wall Balls 15reps (20lbs/14lbs)
