Wednesday’s WOD:

Skill: Power Snatch to 2 Overhead Squats: 5 sets at a moderate weight.  If you are comfortable catching a full squat snatch:  Squat Snatch 5×3 increasing to a moderate weight.  Not looking for a weight that you will miss, just one that makes you work for it.  10-15mins

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

Run 200m

Jog 200m

Rest 2min

*On your way down the street or sidewalk, you are looking to go at a fast pace, not quite a sprint.  On the way back, easy jog.  Wear a stop watch if you own one and keep your fast 200s at a certain pace.  Your goal is to get outside of your comfort zone on the running.  Have fun.
