Friday’s WOD:

Skill: Handstand Push Ups, 10-20 depending on your level.  Do pike push ups as sub if you are unable to do full hspu on wall.  Don’t use the wall connected to salon.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds

400m Run

12 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

5   Hang Power Clean  (80% of the 3RM you found on Monday.  If you didn’t come on Monday, then pick something heavy for you.  No dumping.)

*cash in and out: stretch your wrists
