CrossFit Games Open WOD number one will be announced tomorrow at 5pm. We will run the WODs for those that are signed up for the open on Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 10:30am. You are welcome to attend the 7pm class on Thursdays, just remember that you will be doing a different WOD than the regularly programmed WOD. Sunday’s classes will be 8:30am and 9:30am for the next five week. Please cheer your teammates on!
Skill: Split Jerk 5×3 reps moderate weight. You are absolutely not looking for a 3RM. 10 minutes
