Strength:  Bench Press 3 RM, drop to 80% for AMRAP

Teams of Three Complete the Following:

500m Row

Shuttle Run

Plank

*One teammate is doing the row, the other two are doing either shuttle runs or holding plank.  Each teammate will do 2x on the rower.  Switch off once the rowing teammate hits 500m.
