Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Overhead Squat 5×5 increasing each set.  Moderate to Heavy weight.  We are not looking for a max effort, but should be challenging.  Use racks and be careful lowering.  You may dump if necessary.  You will have 15 mins.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

10 Deadlift  (wt: 80/55)

18 Squat Bar Jump Overs  (you squat and then jump LATERALLY over the bar.  Count each squat.)

*scale the weight as needed.
