4x: 4 minutes on/1 min rest.

5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

*you choose if you complete 3 rounds/4 rounds/5 rounds each 4 minutes.  stick with your choice for all 4x4minutes.  Got it?
