Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Snatch 12 minutes to work on SQUAT snatch (5×2 increasing).  Work with light to moderate weights and be fast!

Conditioning:

3 Rounds

6 Power Cleans  (80kg/55kg)

12 Toes to Bar

18 Burpees

*scale weight as needed.  push yourselves, just maintain good form.  this workout will be fast.
