20 Thrusters (43kg/30kg)
400m Run
30 Thrusters (30kg/20kg)
800m Run
*One bar only, no racks. You must change your own weights every time. Please be mindful of your neighbors and don’t sling weights at them. Scale the weight as needed. Row distances: 200=250/400=500/800=1000.
