Friday’s WOD:

Strength: Split Jerk: 5×3 at moderate weights.  Not max efforts where failing is likely.  You may increase each set if you would like or stay at a weight if it feels heavy.

Conditioning:

4 Rounds: Each round is 2 min on/1 min off

50 Double Unders

then Max Push Ups (Rx+: Deficit Push Ups)

*Your score is total number of push ups.  Nutshell: you have 2 mins to complete 50 DUs and as many push ups as you can after the 50 DUs. Rest 1 minute and repeat.  Scale the number of DUs as needed.
