Strength:  5×5 DB Shoulder Press (heaviest weight you can do for all five reps and sets) *please put your DBs away when finished.

Conditioning:

5 Rounds

10 Ring Dips

10 Box Jumps

200m Farmer’s Carry (wt: 53lb/35lb)

*Scale the number of dips if needed.
