Strength: 10×3 Sumo Deadlift @ 50-60% of 1RM DL. Focus on speed.
Conditioning:
“DT”
Five rounds for time: (wt: 70kg/50kg)
Deadlift, 12 reps
Hang power clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps
*scale the weight as needed. consider scaling the number of rounds, but using the Rx weight if you are capable.
