Strength:  Low Box Squats: 3RM, drop to 80% AMRAP.

Conditioning: 5 Rounds of 2 mins to complete/1 min of rest.

15 Box Jumps  (24in/20in)

15 Wall Balls  (20/14lbs)

 

*Cash Out: 2 sets of 12 weighted back extension.
