“Broomstick Mile”

25 Back Squat/25 Front Squat/25 Overhead Squat

Run 400 meters,
25 Shoulder Press/25 Push Press/25 Push Jerk

Run 400 meters
50 Squat Cleans

Run 400 meters
50 Power Snatch

Run 400 meters

*you will use a bar only.  This is done in teams where all members do the stated number of reps together and run together.  Compare to 10/31/13
