Thursday’s WOD:

Strength: Bulgarian Split Squat 5×3 each leg.  Look back to Dec. 13th and see if you can go heavier.  Generally this will be about 30-40% of your 1RM Back Squat.

Conditioning:

AMRAP 10min

6 Squat Cleans (55kg/30kg)

12 Pull Ups

24 Double Unders

This is the workout from the 2010 USAW CrossFit competition.  I cannot find the old scores from that competition, darn it.  We did this at our gym way back in 2010.
