Strength:

Thrusters: on the minute every minute for 7 minutes 5 reps @ 50/35kg.

Conditioning:

6 Rounds

7 Handstand Push Ups

7 Deadlifts  (90kg, 60kg)

5 Evil Wheels

*scale weight for deadlift and HSPUs as needed.  Poor form will not be tolerated on the Deadlift!

RX+: “Diane” @ games weight

21-15-9

Deadlifts (102kg, 70kg)

Handstand Pushups

*cash out for RX+ is 15 evil wheels after Diane.
