New Year’s Resolutions officially start tomorrow according some “authority” on these matters.  Can you make it the whole year?  I like to call them initiatives.  Something I am working on or working toward.  It doesn’t require perfection or 100% compliance.  It’s something I keep working toward regardless of my missteps.  Try putting your own flare on Resolutions and see if you can stay on track even longer.

Monday’s WOD:

Strength:  Squat Clean Doubles 10 mins of practice.  Go no more than 50% of best.

Conditioning:

“Mary”

AMRAP 20min

5 Handstand Push Ups

10 Pistols

15 Pull Ups

*Substitute 10 full depth air squats for pistols if pistols are not appropriate for your current level.
