Strength:  Strict Pull Ups 5×5.  Chest 2 Bar if able.

Conditioning/Trunk Help:

Tabata: 8rnds of 20sec on/10 sec off each station.  No score, just complete it with good form.

One Leg V-Ups

One Leg Deadlifts

Side Plank

Weighted Step Ups (use a low box and whatever weight is appropriate for you)
